Kuckel 2 was a new performance derived from the first Kuckel, which only ran for a week before being shut down when the pandemic hit Sweden in April 2020.
Instead of simply restaging the work again in 2022, director and choreographer Alexander Ekman explored new paths in the performance and renamed it Kuckel 2.
